Registration must be done by filling the Online Registration form, one form per person. If student registration is selected, please provide proof of present enrollment in an academic institution; otherwise, you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.
A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after the payment is received. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.

Payment
All payments have to be made in Euros. The following payment methods will be available:
- Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically upon request by e-mailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option will only be available until August 2nd 2022.
No personal check will be accepted for any payments.
Payment on-site: Cash (Euro) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.
Cancellation Policy Registrations

Cancellations received up to March 3rd 2022 deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
Cancellations received up to June 2nd 2022, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after June 3rd 2022, or registered participants who fail to attend.
No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
Changes received up to September 1st will be allowed
